 Recovery is the most commonly overlooked, ignored and or forgotten element to health and performance. We all lead crazy lives and often feel more is better. If I work more then I’ll have more, if I do one more set I will be stronger, the harder I push on the bike faster the faster I will be, are common thought processes, but unfortunately, this is not always the case. For the body to respond to the stressors we place on it, more hours working, longer/harder training sessions, more reps, there has to be adequate recovery. Without adequate recovery we risk injury, illness and loss of performance. 


Catalyst utilizes both in office modalities, ART, massage, facilitated stretching, foam rollers and Normatec Recovery Systems, in addition to at-home programs to promote and augment recovery.
