Catalyst offer 3 levels of coaching, along with the option for self-coached training plans and multiple a la carte services. In addition, weekly group sessions are available (season and availability permitting), as well as, ongoing educational workshops and seminars . Our comprehensive approach to fitness and wellness includes endurance, strength, nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness coaching, counseling, motivational enhancement and goal setting. Our founder and Head Coach has studied under some of the best coaches and athletes on the planet and will spearhead your drive to attain your goals.
Our diverse menu of services includes:
Virtual(Internet based), one-on-one and local group coaching available
Concierge style triathlon, endurance, run, strength, wellness and personal training and coaching
- 1:1 assessment, zone/threshold testing, data collection/analysis and review for each athlete(when applicable)
Triathlon: swim, bike, run specific training: group and 1:1 training(when applicable)
wim, bike, run biomechanical form video analysis done on all athletes utilizing specialty software
Functional strength assessments & conditioning programs
Multi-Sport specific strength training/programming and Core development & strengthening delivered in group/class settings or 1:1 either virtually or in person
Performance nutritional plans and consultation
Group rides, runs and open water swims(when applicable)
Professionally coached swim, bike, run clinics
Yearly, monthly and event/goal specific training or workout planning
